The Role: The Director, IS Service Delivery is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of support services for clinical technology and medical devices across their assigned ministry or ministries. Reporting to the Regional Executive Director for Clinical Technology Services, this leader operates within the enterprisewide framework for technology and medical device management - ensuring support, maintenance, planning, cybersecurity, and acquisition processes meet ministry needs. This role partners closely with ministry leadership to understand the unique technology and medical device environment within each ministry and ensures these needs are reflected in service delivery and forwardlooking plans. As the local regulatory and accreditation leader for clinical technology services, the Ministry Director ensures that all workforce qualifications and compliance requirements are upheld. Acting as the operational "goto" leader for technology service delivery, the Ministry Director builds strong relationships with operational leaders, proactively identifies service gaps, and ensures ministry operations remain uninterrupted. The Director also serves as a bridge to Information Services (IS), helping ministries understand and adopt regional and enterprise technology operating models. This leader directs local clinical engineering, biomedical, and IT support teams; ensures workforce readiness; allocates resources appropriately; drives performance excellence; leverages enterprise analytics; and partners with cybersecurity, engineering, and technology owners to address systemic issues and protect the organization's risk profile. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
