STAR Bonus % (At Risk Maximum)

5.00 - Salaried Non-Management except pharmacists

Overview

Due to growth, we are adding a Lead, Continuous Improvement (CI) to our team.

The Lead, Continuous Improvement (CI) is a key driver of process excellence across the organization. This role manages strategic initiatives using proven methodologies to deliver measurable, sustainable results aligned with organizational goals. Acting as a project leader, mentor, and coach, the CI Lead will foster a culture of continuous improvement and empower teams at all levels to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

How do I make an impact on my team?

    Facilitate and lead multiple projects for process improvement, process design, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) simultaneously.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma principles and tools such as value stream mapping, 5S, statistical analysis, control charts, poke yoke, visual controls, and DMAIC.
  • Serve as CI Business Relationship Manager to assigned business area(s), collaborating with senior leadership to prioritize initiatives based on strategic objectives.
  • Analyze and baseline current-state processes to identify and implement optimal solutions.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics in partnership with business owners.
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and navigate challenges effectively.
  • Develop project plans, lead teams through improvement cycles, and ensure milestones are met.
  • Promote awareness and adoption CI methodologies across the enterprise.
  • Support training and coaching for employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Document and maintain guidelines and best practices for consistency across CI functions.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

What our team expects from you?

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required in Process Improvement or related field.
  • Black belt certification in Lean or Six Sigma methodology required.
  • Change Management certification preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience leading process improvement initiatives with demonstrated results required.
  • Strong project management experience required, including business case development and implementation planning.
  • Extensive experience required with core software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge around the PBM industry is preferred.
  • Healthcare industry practices and HIPAA knowledge preferred.
  • Familiarity with change management philosophies and practices preferred.
  • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
  • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
