Founded as a nonprofit in 2007, V3 Sports' mission is to elevate our community through wellness, fitness, and education. In 2024, V3 Sports opened Phase One of the V3 Center, a 40,000-square-foot health and wellness center that will become a North Minneapolis community asset and a regional destination. The focus of Phase One is to provide Northside residents of all ages with access to water, state-of-the-art fitness equipment, physical rehabilitation, and healthy, delicious food offerings. Phase Two, which V3 Sports is actively fundraising for, will be a regional destination for sporting events, career fairs, community events, and other drivers of economic stability. At the V3 Center, Northside young people and families will access programming that supports their career and economic aspirations and builds the skills they need to make their dreams a reality.
