Position Summary We are seeking an Human Resources Assistant to join our Human Development team. Under the guidance of the Vice President of Human Development, this role plays a key part in supporting member development, training coordination, onboarding, and engagement initiatives across multiple locations. This position partners closely with leaders and members to help identify skill needs, maintain training systems, and support programs that enhance performance, engagement, and retention. The role also provides broad HR support, including onboarding, recruiting, internal advancement, and HRIS administration. Key Responsibilities Training, Development & Learning Systems
