Responsibilities The Commercial Loan Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing commercial loan origination, leading a team of Commercial Loan Officers, and representing Grow Financial within the community. Accountable for achieving commercial real estate lending, deposit, and ancillary product goals. Provides operational, credit, and sales leadership, and oversees the origination, processing, and ongoing relationship management of commercial loans. Maintains individual production goals while actively engaging in business development and community networking to drive growth for the Business Solutions team. Collaborates with members, internal partners (including credit administration, operations, quality control, and compliance), and external vendors to achieve departmental objectives. Works closely with the VP of Commercial Solutions to align with strategic priorities and accelerate growth of the commercial portfolio. Qualifications Required Skills & Experience
