About this job

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expandingNielsenIQ's(NIQ) footprint within the media agencyand advertiserspace. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with media agencies, developing and executing a strategic sales plan to increase revenue through NIQ audience data,planningand measurement solutions. Leveraging your industryexpertise, you will drive long-term client relationships,optimizeclient investments, and help agenciesand brandsutilize NIQ's data to improveplanning, audiencetargetingand campaign measurement.We'relooking for someone with digital and data sales experience. The ideal candidate will bedetermined, self-motivated, and willing to go the extra mile while hunting for new business. We are looking for an out-of-the boxthinker who can capitalize on new opportunities,drive clientrelationships,and thrive in a strong team-based environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for prospecting, networking, and developing new business opportunities with media agenciesand advertisers.

  • Employ a consultative approach to deeply understand clients' needs and position NIQ solutions to solve their business challenges.

  • Communicate effectively with clients both written and orally and provide excellent customer support.

  • Generating sales leads andmaintaininga pipeline of sales opportunities across a portfolio of clients consistent with NIQ's growth strategy.

  • Negotiate annual or multi-year contracts and ensure maximum renewal rate.

  • Develop insightful presentations and educate clients on current NIQ capabilities and resources.

  • Achieving sales quota consistent with NIQ margin goals and delivery expectations.

  • Work closely with internal ADs and product specialists to drive new revenue opportunities across agencies and brands.

  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure client satisfaction,renewaland growth which each account.

Qualifications
  • Minimum10years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the media agency, adtechor data analytics space.

  • Strong understanding ofprogrammatic,audience data, measurement solutions and media buying processes within media agenciesand advertisers.

  • Contacts & Senior Contacts in Media & Social Agenciesa Must.

  • Proventrack recordof meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing revenue with large enterprise clients.

  • Exceptionalrelationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Experienced in scoping and developing proposals and negotiation strategies.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent sales pipeline management skills witha track recordof predictability and consistency.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Proficientin Microsoft Office software.

  • BA with a concentration in Communications, Marketing orMediaa plus

Additional Information

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $117,500.00- $175,644.00. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
