Description Acara Solutions is looking for a shipping assistant to assist our client out in Scottsdale, AZ who specializes in semiconductor manufacturing. Here is what you will get: Pay Rate: $19/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5pm Here is what you will do: Receiving inbound mail and packages Time/date stamp all incoming/outgoing mail. Sorts and delivers incoming mail by department and/or employee to ensure timely distribution. Sorts and delivers interdepartmental mail including notices and memoranda. Operates mail machines including the postage meter, photocopying machine, and mail folding and inserting machine. Pick, pack, and process customer and internal orders using warehouse management software. Create shipping labels using DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS Coordinate collection of freight shipments. Maintains a clean work environment. Stock supplies needed for the mailroom. Performs other related duties as assigned Job Requirements REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED Minimum 2 years of related shipping or admin support experience. Able to lift up to 30 lbs. without assistance Proficient with MS Office Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint Works independently on moderately complex and semi-routine tasks.
