8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Monday - Friday with occasional evening and weekend hours required, as necessary.
This position may be eligible for a telework schedule once onboarding into position is complete and with supervisor approval. |
| Primary Purpose of Position |
Position support all facets of the business operation of a Division I athletic program. Primary responsibilities will be front-line interaction with coaching and support staff; processing and auditing travel vouchers for travel-intensive staff/teams, contract origination and review, budget reporting to assistant athletic director for business operations, processing purchase orders and reconciling invoices, and document handling/filing/scanning for audit and other purposes. |
| Minimum Education/Experience |
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
