Responsibilities





  • Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure planned inbound/outbound volume transactions are executed on time and accurately


  • Lead Labor Productivity Management to optimize warehouse labor costs through data-driven analysis and continuous improvement initiatives


  • Develop and improve labor planning accuracy by refining forecasting logic, standard work, and performance monitoring


  • Lead Warehouse Capacity Management by driving location consolidation, improving equipment utilization, and aligning labor planning to volume and space constraints


  • Monitor Warehouse KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions to maintain service levels and operational efficiency


  • Lead weekly S&OP meetings with 3PL to align volume plans, capacity readiness, and execution priorities


  • Review and manage warehouse operating expenses, ensuring cost controls and budget adherence across daily operations


  • Develop and execute warehouse cost-saving initiatives, tracking impact and sustaining results through standardization and governance




Qualifications:





  • Bachelor's degree with +10 years related work experience in SCM, Logistics, Sales Operation

  • Bilingual in English and Korean

  • Team oriented; proactive and action-oriented


  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills


  • Ability to evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable information to drive results


  • Analytical, able to transform qualitative and quantitative data into executable strategies


  • Ability to define operational requirements and implement processes and systems to support those requirements


  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and aptitude to learn new tools and applications quickly




Recruiting Range
$140,000 - $170,000 USD
