This role is about execution, accountability, and supporting your supervisor by leading people the right way, every shift. If you take pride in doing things right, holding peers accountable, and being the example others follow this role is for you. Your Mission As a Value Stream Group Leader, you are the frontline leader for your team. You ensure daily execution of production, safety, and quality expectations while supporting employee development and continuous improvement. This role operates within a value stream production schedule and requires consistent presence on the floor.
