Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Monday - Thursday OR 2nd Shift | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM | Monday - Friday

You know your way around tools, machines, and tough jobs. We're hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician who can troubleshoot, repair, and keep the shop running strong.

What You'll Need:

• Basic knowledge of facilities maintenance, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to use computers to access maintenance systems and complete work orders.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift, move equipment, and perform physical tasks as required.
• Ability to safely walk stairs and access rooftops.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant facility.
• Steel-toes and able to stand for long periods of time.

Your Workday in Action:

• Perform general housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, and buffing floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Complete minor wall repairs such as spackling, caulking, and painting.
• Perform general landscaping duties, including maintaining grounds and outdoor areas.
• Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting, including identifying and resolving issues with outlets, lighting, and other electrical components.
• Perform general mechanical troubleshooting, such as repairing doors, identifying compressed air line issues, and resolving other facility equipment concerns.
• Assist with snow removal, including shoveling and applying salt to ensure safe walkways and entrances.
• Move, relocate, and assemble production and office equipment as needed.
• Maintain the facility in an audit-ready condition at all times.
• Use computer systems to access preventative maintenance (PM) instructions, complete work orders, and document maintenance activities.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment, including changing filters and completing routine inspections.
• Safely access building roofs and cleanroom roofs using stairs to perform inspections and maintenance.
