Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | 7 AM - 3:30 PM or 11 AM - 7:30 PM

You're the pro who keeps pallets flying and inventory right where it belongs. As a Reach Truck Operator in West Chester, you'll move freight with accuracy, lift after lift. Smooth operation, sharp focus, and steady teamwork keep this place humming.

Before You Grab the Controls

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 2+ years of reach truck experience
• Ability to safely operate reach trucks at elevated heights
• Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to lift (up to) 50 lbs safely and often
• Pays attention to detail and safety rules
• Team player who gets the job done right

What You'll Do Every Day

You'll run the reach truck through tall racks and tight aisles with confidence. Move product where it needs to go, pull orders, and keep pallets stacked right. Check labels, count loads, and help the team hit daily goals safely and on time.
