You will be based in our Springfield, TN location. The shift will start at 4:00 am and end 2:30pm Monday thru Thursday depending on the production schedule. This role supports the production line and will follow production needs.

Your main tasks:

• Responsible for unloading steel coils off of trucks
• Responsible for loading coils of steel on to presses
• Responsible for receiving coil weights into AS400 inventory system.
• Responsible for moving coils to other equipment like Scott cook top lines and side panel lines with a fork lift.
• Operator will need to use a crane and fork lift for day to day duties
  

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience using Excel, Microsoft and inventory system
• Experience using crane, forklift and other heavy equipment
• Able to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift up to 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis. Able to stand for the majority of the shift.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
