About the role The Director of Talent Acquisition designs, leads, and executes a comprehensive recruitment strategy that supports the company's growth and longterm workforce needs. This role oversees the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the attraction, selection, and retention of highquality talent. As a key people leader, the Director manages all facets of the Talent Acquisition function-including strategic initiative development, compliance with regulatory and audit standards, recruitment process optimization, and vendor/technology partnership oversight. This leader collaborates closely with Operations and fosters strong engagement with candidates and employees to improve hiring outcomes and support longterm retention. What you'll Lead and Deliver: Key responsibilities include developing and executing sourcing strategies, leading and developing the recruiting team, and strengthening the company's employer brand. The role partners with senior executives to anticipate future staffing needs while ensuring compliance with all recruitment policies and regulations. Additional responsibilities include optimizing the ATS and related technologies, improving the candidate's experience, and driving continuous enhancements to the onboarding process. Typical Physical Demands: Regularly uses hands to manipulate phones, computer keyboard and similar tools.
