Accountabilities & Responsibilities: Preventive Maintenance (PM) Program Leadership
  • Develop, create, review, and revise PM procedures, frequencies, and schedules to optimize equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.
  • Monitor PM completion rates, overdue tasks, and technician compliance; follow up as needed to ensure on-time execution.
  • Analyze PM effectiveness using CMMS data and maintenance KPIs to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives related to PM scope, frequency, and execution quality.
CMMS Administration
  • Serve as site administrator and subject matter expert for the CMMS (Fluke eMaint).
  • Maintain system configuration, data integrity, asset hierarchies, work order structures, and preventive maintenance templates.
  • Coordinate CMMS upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and issue resolution with internal stakeholders and vendors.
Maintenance Project Management
  • Coordinate and support maintenance-related projects, including equipment upgrades, facility improvements, and reliability initiatives.
  • Develop project work plans, schedules, and CMMS documentation to support execution and tracking.
  • Track project labor, materials, and costs within the CMMS and related systems.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to maintenance leadership.
Vendor & Contractor Management
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and maintenance-related projects.
  • Schedule vendor-performed PMs and service activities; ensure documentation is completed and entered accurately into the CMMS.
  • Monitor vendor performance, compliance with safety and quality requirements, and adherence to scope of work.
Purchasing, POs & Financial Tracking
  • Create and manage maintenance-related purchase orders (POs) for parts, services, and projects in accordance with company procedures.
  • Review vendor invoices for accuracy and proper alignment with POs and completed work.
  • Perform receiving and reconciliation of materials, services, and invoices to ensure accurate financial tracking.
  • Assist with implementation and improvement of maintenance purchasing, tracking, and reporting processes.
Training, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Develop and conduct CMMS, PM, and workflow training for technicians, supervisors, and support personnel.
  • Develop and distribute reports related to PM compliance, asset reliability, work order quality, project costs, and maintenance KPIs.
  • Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate CMMS records, PM documentation, and purchasing records.
Maintenance Coordination & Safety
  • Collaborate closely with the Facilities & Maintenance Manager to align CMMS data, PM strategy, and maintenance priorities.
  • Review work orders and service requests to ensure quality, completeness, and proper documentation.
  • Promote a strong safety culture; ensure compliance with all site safety policies and procedures.
  • Safely operate plant equipment such as forklifts, platform lifts, and WAVE equipment as required.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum Education: Associate's degree in technical field with 8+ years relevant experience OR a high school graduate with 10+ years relevant experience
  • Minimum Experience: Individuals must be able to read and write, speak and comprehend the English language

Preferred

  • Experience with Fluke eMaint CMMS or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience leading a Preventive Maintenance program.
  • Experience with maintenance project coordination and vendor management.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as Medical Device, Aviation, Food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of maintenance planning, asset management, CMMS administration, and PM program optimization.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance purchasing processes, POs, invoicing, and cost tracking.
  • Proven ability to independently manage programs, projects, and vendor relationships with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to train and influence maintenance teams.
  • Ability to comply with PPE requirements, lift up to 50 pounds, work at heights, and follow Safe Work, LOTO, Hot Work, and Confined Space procedures.

Pay Range: $27.37 - $40.14

Our total rewards program is designed to attract, retain, and motivate associates to contribute to Integer's success. Our compensation program includes base wages, a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy, overtime pay, shift differentials, and call-in pay, when applicable. We provide a comprehensive benefits package with immediate eligibility including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and adoption benefits. Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions. We provide 80 hours (10 days) of company designated holidays per year plus an annual allotment of paid time off.
