Parker Lord has immediate openings for the following role at the Robison Road facility in Erie, PA: The Mill Room Operator position directly supports the High-Capacity Laminates (HCL) department, the largest department in the Parker Lord Erie plant. The Mill Room Operator is expected to perform labor activities such as weighing, mixing, milling, shaping, cutting, testing, and disbursing rubber materials. The Mill Room Operator is required to operate all equipment used to prepare said materials, such as large and small, HF 20L or 5L mixers, large and small mills, batch off machines, and test equipment. This production area is responsible for the quality of product and workmanship and participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity.
