PLI is searching for a Salesforce professional to fill the role of Analyst, Salesforce Systems Administration (responsibilities and qualifications are described below). SUMMARY

The ideal candidate will be proficient in translating business requirements and implementing changes within Salesforce. Supporting all Salesforce users throughout the organization, this is an excellent opportunity to play a critical role in transforming Salesforce into a world-class CRM platform for PLI.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Administer Salesforce across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Serve as first-tier support for approximately 250 internal Salesforce users, including triaging requests, troubleshooting issues, and determining next steps.
  • Partner with Business Analysts to translate requirements into technical designs, develop solutions, coordinate with QA during testing, and provide post-go-live support.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize Salesforce automations and configurations using scalable solutions, including Flows, Approval Processes, Custom Settings, and Custom Metadata Types.
  • Use CI/CD tools such as Gearset to manage and deploy Salesforce metadata changes across environments.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through proactive monitoring of production jobs, identifying issues or interruptions, and collaborating with the team.
  • Stay current with new Salesforce features and releases to fully leverage platform capabilities and optimize solutions.
  • Support the evaluation, implementation, and adoption of integrated applications connected to Salesforce.
  • Identify opportunities for redesign, development, and enhancement of current processes; recommend improvements, and collaborate with the Salesforce team to establish delivery plans.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.



QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS



  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3- 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator on Sales or Service Cloud.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification and other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform best practices and functionality, with the ability to build custom apps, objects, formula fields, Flows, and other intermediate-level configurations.
  • Experience with Salesforce data management tools, including Data Loader and Data Import Wizard.
  • Working knowledge of SOQL for data extraction, validation, system analysis, and issue resolution.
  • Ability to analyze complex requirements and assess their impact on Salesforce, including upstream and downstream systems, applications, and processes.
  • Proven experience with large data volumes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple simultaneous requests.
  • Experience working with a subscription and/or membership business model is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • A driven, self-motivated professional willing and able to take on additional responsibility.

COMPENSATION RANGE FOR THIS POSITION

$85,000 - $110,000 per annum

(Exact compensation offer may vary based on the candidate's job-related skills and work experience.)
