Qualifications You are someone who:
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from an accredited institution
- Has 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience in an advertising agency, marketing/PR firm, or in-house creative team
- Brings an entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to explore bold ideas
- Is passionate about human-centered design and user-focused problem solving
- Champions brand equity through consistent adherence to brand guidelines while meeting business goals
- Can clearly articulate creative decisions and design rationale
- Is highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with an understanding of graphic and web design principles, current web technologies (HTML, CSS), and social media platforms
- Has strong experience in digital illustration and animation (highly preferred)
- Can manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Has experience collaborating with senior creatives, strategists, and cross-functional teams
- Can own projects end-to-end while welcoming feedback and collaboration
- Demonstrates expertise through a strong creative portfolio
- Is confident in their skill set while remaining flexible and open to new approaches
Responsibilities In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Design Leads, Senior Designers, and other stakeholders to translate concepts into compelling visual executions that support brand and business objectives
- Design a wide range of digital and print assets, including advertising, web and email assets, banner ads, signage, presentations, environmental graphics, and other media for internal and external audiences
- Present creative work to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine final deliverables
- Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring brand integrity across all assets and channels
- Deliver accurate, timely work aligned with the established brand voice
- Share creative insights and contribute positively to team culture
- Develop an understanding of the energy industry and apply that knowledge to design solutions
- Stay current on emerging technologies, tools, design trends, and best practices
