Firstrust Bank is seeking a Digital Marketing Channel Manager to join our Digital Marketing Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Firstrust Bank's digital marketing channels-specifically the website and online/mobile banking platforms-to support brand visibility, customer acquisition, and engagement. The ideal candidate brings experience managing digital channels, with a strong focus on performance, usability, and delivering consistent, effective customer experiences.



As the Digital Marketing Channel Manager, you will oversee Firstrust Bank's and its three subsidiaries' websites and online/mobile banking content and communications. You will ensure these channels are optimized for campaign execution, new business conversion, user experience, functionality, responsiveness, search engine optimization (SEO), and accessibility (ADA). This role requires hands-on experience with platforms such as Webflow, working knowledge of HTML and CSS, and familiarity with analytics tools including Google Analytics and Google Data Studio. You will collaborate closely with marketing, communications, and IT teams to ensure digital channels align with business objectives, technical requirements, and customer needs.



In addition, you will support the planning and execution of customer communications delivered through Firstrust Bank's online and mobile banking platforms. Working closely with marketing and business teams, you will help deliver timely, relevant messages related to customer education, security awareness, service updates, enrollment initiatives, and targeted cross-sell campaigns. This role supports consistent, clear communications that enhance customer engagement and align with the online banking customer experience. You will also work closely with the digital marketing team to coordinate website and online/mobile banking channel updates with broader marketing campaigns, helping ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned across digital touchpoints.



RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:




  • Supports website and online/mobile banking content and communications by executing content updates, campaign-related messaging, and ongoing maintenance across these platforms.
  • Develops, designs, and publishes content for Firstrust Bank's websites and online/mobile banking channels, including page updates, banners, announcements, alerts, and campaign-related content.
  • Manages the day-to-day administration of websites using Webflow, including regularly updating content to reflect current products, services, promotions, and announcements. Uses HTML, CSS, and Webflow design tools to build and refine web pages that are visually engaging, accurate, and user-friendly.
  • Implements and maintains Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices to help improve website visibility and drive traffic to key pages. Regularly updates SEO elements such as metadata, keywords, and alt text.
  • Supports reporting and analytics by tracking website and online banking content performance, helping evaluate the effectiveness of SEO and content updates, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • * Regularly reviews and updates website and online banking user experiences to help improve usability, accessibility, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborates with internal teams and external agency partners to support website updates, develop campaign landing pages, test functionality, and assist with troubleshooting issues across web and online banking platforms.
  • Ensures all website and online/mobile banking content complies with legal, regulatory, accessibility, and internal brand guidelines.

  • Website structure, layout, and page-level design decisions in support of usability, accessibility, and campaign execution.
  • Content updates and messaging across the website and online/mobile banking platforms, including timing, placement, and presentation.
  • Recommendations related to content-focused agency support and digital tools used to manage and deliver website and online/mobile banking communications and functionality.

  • Modern and high performing website, landing pages and online banking channels
  • High ROI marketing funnel performance through website, online banking and other digital channels to support consumer and business/commercial customer acquisition and cross sell goals
  • Google analytics and related tools and dashboards to demonstrate consistent high performance of web, social, and related assets.
  • Testing and optimization roadmaps for improving acquisition and engagement
  • Digital content delivery that is simple and delivers utility

PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS:



  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Regularly required to drive a motor vehicle, occasional air travel, attending meetings at various venues, including but not limited to customers' offices and/or properties, restaurants and other meeting locations, and ascend/descend stairs and or ladders occasionally to perform inspections.
  • The employee may be required to lift files/materials up to 20 pounds to take to various locations.
  • The incumbent will be expected to operate a computer terminal.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:



  • 3+ year's digital marketing at financial services company, or ecommerce B2B or B2C Company.
  • 3+ years of experience managing and optimizing website performance, experience with Webflow and website content management systems such as Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, Sitecore, or others.
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS and understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • 3+ year's of experience with Google Analytics and Google Data Studio or similar analytics platforms.
  • 3+ years of experience working directly with business stakeholders
  • Strong presentation and communication skills across all key stakeholders, including Sr Leaders, business partners and marketing team members
