SUMMARY STATEMENT
Provide general administrative support to company Executives and the departments which the Executives are accountable.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Organize corporate and contract files, work matters, Board information and books, Corporate records, and/or legal records.
* Coordinate conferences and meetings, make travel arrangements, maintain calendars, prepare materials including but not limited to presentations in PowerPoint, spreadsheets in Excel, organizational charts in Visio and agendas.
* Interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the company in a professional and confidential manner (both internal and external) including, but not limited to, members of the Board of Directors, senior leaders for affiliated entities, the Department of Justice (DOJ), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), US Attorney's Office, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and Office of General Counsel (OGC).
* Receive and control legal documents and papers, providing administrative support on all legal initiatives including discovery responses.
* Assist Executives and management team in research, collection, and maintenance of information, including retrieving database and file information from desktop applications and hardcopy sources.
* Complete reports and forms in accordance with secure procedures, company policies and the Quality Management System including, but not limited to, travel, expense, time keeping, budgets and cost centers, etc.
* Maintain and organize all board materials including minutes, board books and agendas. Provide administrative support during preparation for pending Board meetings.
* Perform administrative functions in support of the company's business continuity and disaster recovery program, facilities management and records management programs.


Performs other duties as the supervisor may, from time to time, deem necessary.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS


* High School Diploma or GED;
* 4+ years' related work experience supporting senior level management;
* Experience working with Senior Executives and Boards of Directors;
* Intermediate proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint (testing required);
* Records management experience, to include proven experience organizing a file system and developing organization processes for departments and individuals; and
* Experience with Outlook e-mail system and on-line calendar.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* At least 5 years of recent experience supporting a senior executive, preferably involving legal matters, contract matters, or other sensitive projects in a highly confidential environment.
Requirements
The Federal Government and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) may require applicants to have lived in the United States for a minimum of three (3) years out of the last five (5) years to be employed with the Company. These years of residence do not have to be consecutive.
