Your Role:

You'll be joining a highly collaborative Analytics & Insights team that sits at the center of Baxter's commercial data ecosystem. This group partners closely with Government Contracts, Sales, IT, and senior leadership to bring clarity and consistency to some of the most complex data in the organization. You'll also work across data from several acquired businesses that still operate on separate systems. As Baxter continues integrating these legacy platforms, you'll play a key role in bringing consistency, accuracy, and structure to data that spans multiple ERPs and historical processes.

We're seeking a datadriven and detailoriented Senior Analyst to support this work. In this role, you'll analyze, validate, and report government price, rebate, and contracteligible sales data while ensuring compliance with federal and state program requirements. You'll work handson across SAP, JDE, and other platforms, using SQL, Alteryx, and BI tools to prepare, reconcile, and interpret data that directly informs regulatory reporting and business decisions. You'll collaborate with Government Pricing, Contract Operations, Finance, Legal, and Commercial teams to ensure data accuracy and deliver actionable insights.

This is a highvisibility opportunity with significant room to grow. You'll work closely with strong technical peers, senior leaders who rely on your insights, and crossfunctional partners who will look to you as the subjectmatter expert on government contract data. Over time, you'll help automate processes, build repeatable reporting frameworks, and contribute to a broader effort to modernize Baxter's data landscape under a new, highly datadriven CEO. If you enjoy solving complex data problems, learning new systems, and influencing how an organization operates, this role offers exposure across divisions, access to decisionmakers, and a clear path to expand your impact well beyond government pricing.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Aggregate, validate, and reconcile sales, chargeback, rebate, Medicaid, and government contract data used in government program reporting.

  • Perform analytics to support calculations for federally defined pricing metrics.

  • Monitor government customer eligibility and contract utilization to ensure proper classification and compliance.

  • Build dashboards and reports tracking government sales trends, statutory price movements, and rebate exposure.

  • Partner with IT and Data teams to improve data ingestion, contract validation automation, and pricing calculation workflows.

  • Support audits, data calls, restatements, and internal reviews by ensuring data integrity and full documentation.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering or related field preferred.

  • Proficiency in SQL, Alteryx and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau). Strong attention to detail and experience with data quality frameworks.

  • Familiarity with government program data structures, chargebacks, and rebate processes.

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of experience in government pricing, government sales reporting, managed market analytics, or commercial/contract operations.

  • Experience with government pricing methodologies, contract eligibility logic, or validation

  • Knowledge of wholesaler chargebacks, GPO rosters, and governmenteligible sales channels.

  • Exposure to master data management and data stewardship practices.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $80,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based upon location.
