Description Intellicom is seeking a reliable Level 1-2 Cable Technician with at least 2 years of structured cabling experience to support a major project in North Charleston, SC. This role involves working alongside experienced Intellicom staff on both new construction and existing-building environments. Responsibilities * Install, run, and support CAT5/CAT6 cabling * Terminate CAT V/CAT VI cables and connectors * Perform punch-downs on 66 and 110 blocks * Follow structured cabling color codes * Assist with cable routing, J-hooks, and closet work * Provide professional, customer-facing service on site Requirements * 2+ years of structured cabling experience * Ability to terminate copper cabling (CAT V/CAT VI) * Skilled with punch-down tools and basic hand tools * Comfortable working in new-construction environments * Steel-toe boots required; PPE provided Skills cat6, termination testing, punch down Top Skills Details cat6,termination testing,punch down Additional Skills & Qualifications Customer facing skills will be highly desired. They need to be presentably and articulate and able to work in a team environment. They don't want people the will need to babysit for the tech positions and a willingness to work and learn.
