*We are seeking a forwardthinking Director of Talent Acquisition* to design, build, and lead a bestinclass recruiting function. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic, handson TA leader to shape the talent strategy from the ground up-driving transformation, elevating employer brand, and ensuring the organization attracts exceptional talent across all roles and levels. If you thrive on building structure, scaling processes, coaching teams, and directly recruiting for highimpact roles, this role offers the chance to make a lasting and visible impact. *What You'll Do* *Strategic Talent Acquisition Leadership* * Create and execute a multi-year talent acquisition strategy aligned with workforce plans and organizational goals. * Establish a modern, scalable recruiting function, including operating model, processes, tools, and service delivery expectations. * Build recruiting best practices across the full lifecycle: workforce planning, sourcing, assessment, selection, offer, and onboarding partnership. * Advise HR and business leaders on market trends, hiring risks, talent competition, and workforce strategy. *Workforce Planning & Pipeline Development* * Partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders to support annual and longrange workforce planning. * Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for key positions and future workforce needs. * Use labor market insights and internal data to anticipate challenges and develop forwardlooking solutions. *Hands-On Recruiting (Working Director)* * Lead or support recruiting for executive, leadership, and mission-critical searches. * Source talent directly through networking, outreach, referrals, and social platforms. * Represent the organization at career fairs, industry events, and community engagements. * Provide handson support to HR partners and recruiters on complex search strategies. *Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing* * Develop and implement employer branding strategies to define and communicate the employee value proposition. * Use digital marketing, social media campaigns, and outreach initiatives to attract high-quality, diverse talent. * Collaborate with communications partners to ensure consistent and compelling messaging. *Data, Metrics & Reporting* * Define and track key TA metrics, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire, and pipeline strength. * Build dashboards and reporting to communicate insights to leadership. * Use data to improve processes, guide decision-making, and allocate resources effectively. *Stakeholder Relationship Management* * Develop strong relationships with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and sr leaders. * Clarify roles and expectations between TA, HR, and the business to streamline hiring and improve outcomes. * Deliver a high-quality service experience for candidates and hiring teams. *Process, Technology & Compliance* * Create and optimize recruiting workflows, policies, and procedures. * Evaluate and enhance recruiting technologies (ATS, CRM, assessment tools, analytics). * Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and internal policies. *Team Leadership & Development* * Hire, develop, and lead recruiting staff as the function grows. * Provide coaching, mentorship, and ongoing development opportunities. * Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. *Role Breakdown* * *30%* - Strategic Planning & TA Transformation * *25%* - HandsOn Recruiting & Sourcing * *15%* - Metrics, Analytics & Reporting * *15%* - Stakeholder Relationship Management * *10%* - Team Leadership & Development * *5%* - Administration & Compliance *Key Quantifiable Indicators* * Time-to-fill * Quality of hire * Cost-per-hire * Candidate and hiring manager satisfaction * Pipeline health for critical roles *What You Bring* *Required* * Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field * *10+ years* of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including leadership responsibility * Proven success building or transforming a talent acquisition function * Experience recruiting for multiple job families, including leadership and executive roles * Strong experience in workforce planning, pipeline development, and employer branding *Preferred* * Master's degree or professional certifications (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) * Experience in the utility or energy industry *Core Competencies* * Strategic & Business Acumen * Relationship Management * Critical Thinking * Communication * Leadership Excellence * Coaching & Development * Productive Work Habits *Job Type & Location*This is a Permanent position based out of Tucker, GA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $170000.00 - $200000.00/yr. *Workplace Type*This is a hybrid position in Tucker,GA. h4>About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
