Position: Patient Services Agent Experience Level: Intermediate Location: Glendale - On-site Employment Type: Full-Time Description Our client is seeking a dependable and detailoriented Patient Services Agent to support highvolume inbound patient calls in a nonclinical setting. This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of experience in a medical front office or healthcare call center, who is comfortable with repetitive tasks, thrives in a structured environment, and enjoys helping patients over the phone. Candidates must have a strong understanding of HMO workflows within a medical group or health system. Responsibilities * Answer and handle inbound patient calls in a professional and timely manner. * Assist patients with appointment information, insurance questions, and general administrative needs. * Enter and update patient demographics and documentation accurately. * Perform data entry tasks while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy. * Verify insurance information and understand HMO plan processes and guidelines. * Provide excellent customer service while following established call center or office procedures. * Support internal teams with administrative tasks as needed.
