Under supervision, the Finance Project Assistant 2 will assist with providing fiscal and administrative support for the Department of Psychiatry's Research Finance team. Responsibilities include performing internal control functions; assisting with reviewing financial and operational data; processing business transactions, including purchasing (PO and non PO requests); maintaining internal files; assisting with explaining policies and procedures related to contracts and grants; and supporting special projects. The role will assist with analyzing fiscal data using Oracle Financial Cloud (OFC), Business Analytics Hub (BAH), and Microsoft Office applications to identify discrepancies and prepare reports and recommendations for management. Performs other related duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $53,160 - $75,335 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $25.46 - $36.08 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable). | |
