Summary
Job Description

The Supervisor Client Services (Private Wealth) oversees the CSA's and works closely with all Private Wealth Officers to include the Private Wealth Advisors, Private Bankers and Trust Officers as well as their respective clients. The role will team with all Private Wealth Officers and be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with high net worth clients across several delivery platforms including banking, trust, brokerage, financial planning and investment management and family office services. As Supervisor, this position is responsible for mentoring, coaching and leading the day to day activities of a team of CSA's as well as directly managing and supporting some of the key client service relationships for the Private Wealth team.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years' experience; or 12-15 years equivalent work-related experience.

  • Expert understanding and knowledge of the Bank's organizational structure, lines of business, services, operations and source systems
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of banking practices and policies, including loan documentation requirements and regulations, fiduciary responsibilities to clients, and deposit account opening and maintenance regulations
  • Advanced ability to deliver excellent customer relation skills providing superior service quality
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Advanced organizational and time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a competent and professional manner
  • Self-directed and self-motivated individual with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to generate advanced reporting and visual displays of key data
  • Ability to adapt and respond to changing work situations including systems, processes and responsibilities.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
