Join our Process Innovation Team as an intern and play an active role in improving proprietary processes, developing new products, and supporting cutting-edge projects that make a measurable impact on the business.

This internship offers hands-on experience, mentorship from experienced engineers, and exposure to cross-functional teams-all in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment.

What You'll Do

  • Support cost-reduction, safety improvement, and productivity enhancement initiatives.
  • Assist with the modification of new or existing production tooling to ensure functionality and quality.
  • Help develop and support quality assurance testing programs for customer and proprietary projects.
  • Organize and analyze test data, and prepare professional presentations, reports, and project summaries.
  • Uphold and promote all company safety, environmental, and health requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering (sophomore, junior, or senior preferred).

  • A self-motivated, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute.
  • Interest in manufacturing processes, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Why You'll Love This Internship

  • Direct mentorship from experienced engineering leaders.
  • Exposure to proprietary processes and advanced manufacturing concepts.
  • Opportunities to build technical, analytical, and professional skills.
  • A chance to make a visible impact while preparing for a full-time engineering career.
