About Us
Overview The Resident Services Coordinator provides daily oversight and support of resident care staff to provide residents with a vibrant living experience. You will set a positive example for others to follow while leading, directing, and working alongside the team to provide engaging personal care services, medication management/assistance, support and companionship for residents. You will work closely with the Wellspring Village Director in leading day-to-day operations of the department. Responsibilities While this role has no direct reports, the Resident Services Coordinator acts in a lead capacity under the Direction of the Wellspring Village Director or Assisted Living Director. When participating in lead responsibilities such as training associates; planning, assigning, and directing the work of associates; s/he carries out lead responsibilities in accordance with BVSL policies and applicable laws.
Salary Range USD $24.50 - USD $28.25 /Hr. Compensation Disclosure The salary range mentioned above reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives (if applicable), nor does it include the value of our benefit program.
