Department OverviewYou will be joining the Sales Insights & Productivity Team, a critical part of the Global Sales Operations organization. We are the strategic link between Sales leadership and our technology platforms.As part of the team, you'll join us in optimizing the end-to-end sales process within Salesforce.com and associated tools, providing sales teams with streamlined workflows, accurate data, and actionable insights. You'll get the chance to develop your skills in designing and leading projects that rely on innovative technologies. Job Description Who you are:
What You'll Do:
You are a proactive and data-driven strategic thinker, eager to develop your project leadership skills and make a tangible impact on the future of sales productivity. You possess a meticulous eye for detail and a natural affinity for operational excellence, allowing you to navigate complex datasets and governance frameworks with ease. If you're passionate about sharpening your skills to drive organizational change, design unique and practical software tools, and direct tool implementation, we want to hear from you. As an integral member of the Global Sales Operations organization, your mission will be to transform the Salesforce ecosystem by optimizing digital tools that directly increase seller productivity and operational efficiency. You will go beyond standard data management to explore and implement AI-driven opportunities that help our global sales teams identify and capture new revenue And that's not all! You'll have amazing opportunities to collaborate with fellow interns on a high-impact group project to be presented at the end of the internship, and you'll participate in exclusive events and activities that will immerse you in Motorola Solutions' dynamic culture.
