Billing Coordinator Job details Posted 05 February 2026 Location Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ Job type Permanent Reference 990588 Job description Position Summary Reporting to the Supervisor Field Service Administration, the incumbent will review timesheets and scheduling data to establish proper coding, processing, and expense report reimbursements. This position is responsible for processing reimbursement of expenses for Field Service Technicians and serving as backup for processing expenses for all employees. Main Responsibilities Compare timesheets with Salesforce schedules Ensure proper billing codes Scan and review timesheets Review service invoices for accuracy Process expense reports Communicate with technicians regarding discrepancies Other duties as assigned Key Daily Tasks Review inbox and Salesforce submissions Follow up with technicians Check in with Billing Supervisor Reconcile receipts and expense reports Process invoices Assist with customer calls Critical Skills Phone Handling Customer Service Integrity Problem Solving Time Management Computer Skills Education and Experience Education: Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience Experience: Minimum 5 years industry experience Dexian stands at the forefront of Talent + Technology solutions with a presence spanning more than 70 locations worldwide and a team exceeding 10,000 professionals.
