Aquent is partnering with a global technology company on a confidential UX initiative focused on outbound digital experiences and internal tooling. This role supports systems used to create and manage high-impact email, push, and messaging experiences at scale.

This is an opportunity to work on innovative, fast-moving products that sit at the intersection of UX design, marketing systems, and conversational commerce. The work is highly visible, system-driven, and ideal for a UX designer who enjoys solving complex workflow challenges and working with evolving requirements.

About the Role

As a User Experience Designer, you will help shape the UX of internal tools and outbound communication platforms. You'll translate business and marketing needs into intuitive, scalable user experiences and collaborate closely with designers, product partners, and stakeholders.

This role is hands-on and execution-focused, with an emphasis on clear UX thinking, speed, and strong storytelling through end-to-end case studies.

Key Responsibilities



  • Develop user flows, wireframes, and interaction models for internal tools and outbound communication systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define requirements and iterate on UX solutions
  • Apply UX best practices to complex, admin-style workflows and platforms
  • Evaluate and refine designs using feedback, usability insights, and data
  • Present UX work and design rationale clearly to partners and stakeholders
  • Contribute to UX standards and patterns across systems


Must-Have Qualifications



  • 5-7+ years of experience designing UX for web-based products, platforms, or internal tools
  • Strong UX fundamentals in interaction design, information architecture, and usability
  • Hands-on experience with Figma for UX design and collaboration
  • Experience working on complex systems or workflow-based tools
  • Ability to present end-to-end UX case studies and articulate design decisions
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working in fast-paced environments
  • A strong online portfolio showcasing past work experience and relevant, user-centered design solutions is required.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Experience with outbound marketing platforms (email, push, messaging)
  • Background in e-commerce, marketing technology, or internal tooling
  • Experience designing for conversational commerce or AI-driven experiences
  • Familiarity working at scale within large, complex organizations
