What to Expect
Tesla's Energy and Charging Engineering organization is looking for a highly motivated program management department leader to manage multiple hardware and software program teams. This role will strategically manage OKR achievement for the organization, lead program execution methods, and actively facilitate and solve complex problems that hinder organizational objectives. You will be responsible for delivering Tesla's Energy and Charging product roadmap across 4 Tesla businesses: Residential Energy, Industrial Energy, Commercial Charging, and Vehicle engineering. This role requires deep familiarity with hardware and software product development processes, a deep understanding of cross functional engineering challenges, strong executive level communication skills, and an even stronger active problem-solving mentality. You and your team will take programs from concept to production and actively maintain them through their entire product life cycle. What You'll Do
