Job Summary
The Plant Operator is responsible for monitoring, operating, and optimizing all utility systems primarily through the Building Management System (BMS).The Plant Operator also supports maintenance and repair activities across sitewide equipment, providing direction and technical guidance to both onsite personnel and contracted staff. Additional responsibilities include identifying, reporting, and recommending corrective actions for equipment inefficiencies, abnormal conditions, or system alarms as they occur. The Plant Operator also communicates status updates and notifies management upon completion of assigned tasks or resolution of issues. Essential Duties
