The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling the systems, processes, and data that power marketing execution and performance. This role owns the operational backbone of marketing, ensuring the right technology, workflows, attribution models, and reporting are in place to support efficient, measurable, and repeatable marketing programs. This role partners closely with Marketing and Sales teams to enable data-driven decision-making, improve funnel visibility, and drive alignment across the full customer lifecycle. The Marketing Operations Manager translates business objectives into operational strategy, ensuring campaigns are executed with accuracy, speed, and clear performance measurement. With a strong focus on marketing technology, data quality, and process optimization, this role supports net-new growth across colocation, cloud, and managed services, including compliance and security. Success in this role requires curiosity, ownership, attention to detail, an understanding of the internal and external users' experiences, and an analytical mindset, with a proven ability to operationalize marketing strategy into scalable, reliable execution.
