Our client, a leading financial services institution renowned for its innovation in investment technology and significant asset management, is partnering with Aquent to find a talented **Fullstack .NET Developer/Engineer**. **About the Role**

As a Fullstack .NET Developer/Engineer, you will be a key contributor to an innovative investment technology team, driving the evolution of critical applications that support proprietary mutual funds and exchange-traded funds. You will leverage your full-stack expertise to build and enhance systems, from sophisticated back-end services to intuitive front-end interfaces. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, agile environment, where your problem-solving skills and technical acumen will directly influence strategic initiatives and contribute to the ongoing success and market leadership of a major player in the financial industry.

**What You'll Do**

* Lead the design, development, and implementation of high-quality full-stack software solutions, adhering to best practices and architectural standards.

* Contribute to the technical strategy and system design for critical investment management applications.

* Collaborate within an Agile framework to deliver robust, scalable, and high-performing products and services.

* Develop and maintain service-based architectures, including microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems.

* Engage with various stakeholders, from technical peers to business leaders, to understand requirements and drive innovative solutions.

* Ensure the delivery of high-quality products through rigorous testing and adherence to coding standards.

**What You'll Bring**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in a full-stack software development role, with a strong focus on C# .NET.

* Demonstrated expertise in service-based development technologies, including microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architecture.

* Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks such as Angular or React, alongside strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JSON.

* Solid experience in database development using relational databases.

* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

* A highly motivated, organized, and business-focused approach to technology, with a proven track record of software delivery within investment management.

* Ability to work effectively within an Agile practice with minimal supervision, consistently delivering high-quality products and services.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience and knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

* Familiarity with various cloud platforms.

* Exceptional collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with diverse technical and business stakeholders.

* A proactive mindset, comfortable contributing to multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a knack for quickly grasping complex concepts and adapting to new technologies.

* A strong customer focus, coupled with a sense of ownership and determination to drive solutions in a collaborative setting.

**Compensation:**

The target hiring compensation for this role is Base salary + annual bonus.
