Responsibilities

Account Management and Growth

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts and build strong relationships
  • Achieve revenue targets for assigned accounts
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations
  • Identify opportunities to grow share of wallet within accounts

Practice Support

  • Collect and analyze basic KPIs to identify growth opportunities
  • Orient and onboard new BDG customers with a focus on preparing them for eventual Affinity participation
  • Assist practices with implementing BDG's core competencies (KPI Review, Sales Proficiency, Goal Setting, Employee Engagement, and Candidate Generation)

Training and Education

  • Participate in webinars, trainings, and networking events
  • Assist in preparing training materials and content
  • Provide basic business training for owners and staff

Complete special projects or assignments as directed by manager



Qualifications

  • Associate's degree required, BA/BS preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or related field
  • Hearing aid industry experience preferred, but not required
  • Travel for meetings, trainings and site visits. Up to 10% overnight travel is expected
  • Clearly communicate in person, on the phone, and through e-mail in a professional, customer-oriented fashion
  • Follow directions from supervisor and accept and implement feedback
  • Organize schedule, travel, and budget in a professional and cost-efficient manner
  • Collaborate effectively with business development team as well as other departments within the organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • Familiarity with virtual tools like Zoom and Teams
  • Willingness to learn financial and contractual basics

You will need the following when working from home:

  • Reliable and secure Internet Service Provider at home (no public WiFi) for duration of working hours
  • Sufficient room to set up a laptop, monitors, keyboard and mouse
  • Comfortable space to work for duration of working hours
  • Quiet, private and secure space in which to work

The base pay for this position is expected to be from $79,42 and $88,250 + commission; however, while the salary range is effective as of the date of this posting, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including but not limited to experience level, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as bonus, commissions, or discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
