Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of work area Type of Opportunity: Full time Job Exempt: No Job is based: Plains Regional Medical Center Work Shift: Varied Days and Hours (United States of America) Responsibilities: Processes standard recipes for preparation of all food. Prepares and delivers quality products and established portions on schedule. Checks equipment and work area to ensure cleanliness and sanitation are maintained in accordance with regulations. Maintains daily records including information on patients/residents meals, cafeteria meals, meals on wheels, special events, and temperatures. Operates a variety of kitchen equipment Qualifications:* Less than high school.
