Overview R&P is looking for a professional who wants to join our team. We are a small-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Management and Technical Services to government clients. We need a Program Analyst ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment. Responsibilities Contractor will provide program management support, program planning and integration, congressional and public affairs support for PMS 400D. Responsibilities will include the following:
Program Management: The contractor shall provide executive, analytical, management and administrative support for the DDG 51 program office to include direct support to the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager. The contractor shall coordinate program office operations including management of records, calendars, schedules, and correspondence. The contractor shall conduct long-term planning for the program office. The contractor shall provide deliverables and action item tracking. The contractor shall provide task management and assistance in the development of milestones and objectives for the DDG 51 program office. The contractor shall implement and maintain an information system for control of all DDG 51 program office documentation to include routing and serialization of program documents. The contractor shall provide administrative support in the development of Program Plans and provide assessments and indicators of progress. The contractor shall monitor and maintain program schedules for potential or actual changes, advising the Government of alternatives and providing impact assessments.
