  • 15+ years of sales experience in information solutions serving the SLED market.
  • 2-5 years of proven experience managing sales teams.

Track Record:

  • Demonstrated history of quota attainment and revenue growth.

  • Strong ability to coach, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications and other software tools; internet savvy.

Impact You'll Make:

TransUnion is seeking a Director of Sales for the SLED market in Public Sector, with deep expertise in the Health, Social Services, and Tax & Revenue sub-markets. In this role, you will leverage your established relationships with Public Sector executive decision-makers and apply your proven "hunter" mentality and leadership experience to expand TransUnion's market share with industry-leading solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the direct SLED sales team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Drive revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans for Health, Social Services, and Tax & Revenue sub-markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Public Sector executive decision-makers.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop sales associates to build, cultivate, and close pipeline opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Channel Sales to implement strategies that expand market territory.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and revenue projections to support organizational goals.
  • Represent TransUnion professionally in presentations and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information : The U.S. base salary range for this position is $94,000.00 - $148,000.00 annually. This position is eligible for both base pay and commission earnings. TransUnion commission targets are generally 20% - 50% of base salary and may vary based on position. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
