** Per Diem ** Seeking Neonatal Nurse Practioners (NNP) for our Garden City, Kansas Practice - Apply Today!

 



Responsibilities

  • Level II NICU
  • 24 hour shift: coverage includes rounding inhouse, on-call 
  • Neonatologist supervision provided daily via telemedicine coverage.
  • Ideal candidate has ongoing availability for consecutive shifts of coverage during a scheduling request.
 



Qualifications

  • Current APRN National Specialty Certification
  • Minimum of a Master’s Degree 
  • Active KS License or Elig for Compact
  • Minimum of 1 Year's Experience
** This direct per diem position does offer furnished local housing for on 16 hour on call portion of the shift.



Benefits and Compensation

Pediatrix does cover per diem staff travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice. W-2 designated position.

 

*Our benefits include for Per Diem members:  

    Employee Assistance Malpractice Insurance, Plus tail coverage.
 

PTO: Per diem team members are not eligible for PTO 

Holidays: Per Diem team members are not eligible for company holidays. 

Other compensation: Per Diem team members are not eligible for other compensation.
