Responsibilities Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a full-time neonatal nurse practitioner to join our growing practice of 39 NNPs and 16 neonatologists in beautiful Denver, Colorado. Position located at Rose Medical Center 25-bed, level III NICU Full-time is a flexible combination of 12 and 24-hour shifts. 12-hour shift responsibilities: Attend all high-risk deliveries Round on well-newborns in conjunction with Neonatologist Provide downtime coverage to 24-hour NNP for 2-4 hours in the afternoon 24-hour shift responsibilities: NICU management of term and premature infants, occasional delivery attendance Each NNP has a home base and is part of a core team, and is privileged in at least one additional hospital within the practice NNPs and neonatologists work collaboratively in providing care to high-risk patients Full range of services are provided in L&D, well-newborn and NICU Levels-II, III and IV Services provided include but are not limited to, surgery and sophisticated respiratory care with an extensive range of pediatric subspecialty support Known as the Mile High City, Denver, Colorado has an enviable quality of life that makes it one of the best places to live and work in the United States. Qualifications Current APRN national specialty certification Minimum of a master’s degree Active CO license or in process preferred Benefits and Compensation Our clinicians enjoy a competitive compensation package with many locations offering sign on bonuses, relocation and tuition reimbursement. Salary: $124,800 - 170,000 per year based on years of experience for a 1.0 FTE position of 2,080 annual hours.
