Overview

We are seeking a Senior Change Manager
to support a large?scale operating model transformation, driving significant shifts in mindset, ways of working, skills, processes, and systems. The role will enable a key U.S. strategic program to realize its intended value by ensuring effective, people?centered change management is embedded throughout the transformation.
This position will lead the definition, design, and execution of the change strategy
across the full adoption journey, working closely with Senior Leadership, HR Business Partners, Corporate & Government Affairs, line managers, and cross?functional teams. Reporting within a matrix structure to both the Global Change function and HR leadership, the role focuses on accelerating adoption and sustaining new behaviors-not just communications or training.
The Senior Change Manager will drive stakeholder readiness, assess impacts and risks, manage resistance, and ensure new operating models, ways of working, and processes are successfully adopted and embedded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change strategy and plan, leveraging frameworks such as ADKAR and Galbraith.
  • Lead stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and adoption planning across functions and levels.
  • Partner with leaders and HR to implement effective communication, leadership coaching, and engagement strategies.
  • Identify and mitigate resistance, risks, and dependencies across workstreams.
  • Define success metrics and track change effectiveness, adoption, and realized benefits.
  • Collaborate with HR L&D to ensure training, skill development, and capability building
    are aligned to stakeholder needs.



Requirements
  • Proven experience leading complex, enterprise?level change programs
    in matrixed environments.
  • Strong knowledge of operating model transformation, business operations, and change adoption planning.
  • Advanced expertise in change management methodologies(ADKAR, Galbraith, Lewin).
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, coach leaders, and drive accountability.
  • Data?driven mindset with experience using KPIs, dashboards, and analytics
    to measure adoption.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex change for senior audiences.
  • High adaptability, strong problem?solving skills, and comfort working through ambiguity.



Preferred
  • Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
    environments.
  • PROSCI and/or APMG Change Practitioner certification.



Estimated Min Rate: $63.00
Estimated Max Rate: $90.00
