Wholesale Marketing Manager - Sport Specialty

Description

Our client is seeking a Wholesale Marketing Manager to support their Sport Specialty business with a strong focus on account execution, cross-functional coordination, and end-to-end project ownership. This role will spend approximately 50% of time supporting a key wholesale partner account and the remaining 50% flexing across Running and Soccer Specialty business needs based on seasonal priorities and workload.

This role is ideal for a marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced, account-driven environment - someone who can own projects from kickoff through delivery, build trusted relationships, and operate as a primary point of contact both internally and externally.

  Serve as the primary marketing contact for a key wholesale partner account, ensuring strong execution and day-to-day support

  Flex across Running and Soccer Specialty marketing priorities to provide coverage during seasonal spikes and key initiatives

  Manage projects end-to-end, coordinating timelines, deliverables, approvals, and stakeholder alignment

  Act as the point of contact for smaller wholesale accounts as needed, owning communication and project delivery

  Partner with internal cross-functional teams to drive marketing programs forward and ensure account needs are met

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  5+ years of experience in wholesale marketing, retail marketing, brand marketing, or account-focused marketing

  
  
• 
  

  Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and deliverables at once

  
  
• 
  

  Comfortable serving as a client-facing point of contact and building strong partner relationships

  
  
• 
  

  Strong communication, organization, and follow-through - able to move projects from idea to execution

  
  
• 
  

  Familiarity with sport specialty, wholesale environments, or the running/soccer category is a plus

  
  

This is a 10 Month Contract,full-time at 40 hours per week, with an onsite basedin Portland, OR.

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $33-$38per hour, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
