The District Manager - Handheld is responsible for driving sales performance, dealer execution, and customer engagement for Epiroc's hydraulic handheld tool portfolio across a defined territory in the Southeast United States. This role serves as the primary commercial point of contact for dealers and end users within the territory, focused on executing the handheld go-to-market strategy at the district level. The District Manager works closely with dealers, National Account Manager, and internal partners to grow core handheld product sales, expand aftermarket penetration, and ensure consistent market representation. The role requires a strong field presence, disciplined territory management, and the ability to translate national and regional strategies into effective local execution. Work Type:This position is remote and open to candidates located within the United States, specifically those residing in the territory (TN, NC, SC, MS, AL, GA, or FL). Work Environment: This is a remote, field-based position requiring frequent travel throughout the Southeast US Work environments may include dealer facilities, customer jobsites, rail yards, utility locations, and outdoor industrial settings. Compliance with safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. This position may be considered safety sensitive. Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $80,000 and $90,000 base annually plus commission and car allowance, depending on experience and qualifications. This range reflects our commitment to fair pay based on skills, experience, and market standards.
