Description and Requirements

In partnership with Intel, you will drive the creation and implementation of successful program strategies, plans, and processes that fuel collaborative sales success with Lenovo. Your bold but informed vision will resonate across Lenovo's Category and Sales organizations, shaping business outcomes and steering strategic direction. Expect to lead and contribute to customer briefings, sales trainings, and both industry and reseller events to optimize pre-sales activities for joint Workstation sales efforts that align with both Intel and Lenovo.

Your role will also encompass liaising with Product Operations, Product Management, and Marketing organizations to craft territory and account sales plans, while thoroughly managing the go-to-market Workstation sales strategy. Your influence will extend throughout the organization, making you a pivotal and visible team member across Lenovo.

Your Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Bi-Weekly Business Management System (BMS) Report: Your in-depth reporting will spotlight various aspects including sales efforts, revenue growth, demand generation, co-selling initiatives, and strategic investment initiatives. Collaborating closely with both Intel and Lenovo, you will devise strategic actions that amplify our commercial Workstation business, demonstrating your expertise in areas such Intel XEON and Core I/Core U -based Lenovo P Series Desktop and Mobile Workstation Revenue Attainment, pipeline development, and market trends.
  • Customer Briefing Events: You will orchestrate engaging events targeting new customer lines of business conversions, highlighting the return on investment and appealing total cost of ownership potential of Lenovo P Series Workstations powered by Intel XEON and Core I/Core U -based Processor Architectures.
  • Sales Training and Enablement: Leverage your expertise to equip our sales team members with the Intel XEON and Core I/Core U -based Processor Architecture value proposition, enhancing their capabilities to scale Intel-based P Series workstations within their customers through consultative positioning techniques and overcoming objections.
  • Quarterly Business Reviews: Participate in business reviews, working closely with Workstation Sales managers to identify opportunities, align strategies, course correct initiatives, measure success, and foster growth.
  • Industry Vertical Sales Plans and Strategies: Craft and execute curated go-to-market sales campaigns, enablement, and initiatives to penetrate strategic vertical industries effectively.

Organization:

You will be a core member of the Lenovo North America Category Organization and will collaborate closely with product management, segment business management, sales, sales leadership, sales operations, and marketing.


Basic Requirements:

- Bachelor's in Finance, Business Administration, or relevant field

- 5+ years of experience in program or business management


Preferred Requirements:

- MBA

- Experience with Microsoft Office, Conur, QlikSense

- Strong communication skills



The base salary range budgeted for this position is $188,000 - $259,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
