Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Coach with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC, Pennington, NJ, and Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead enterprise Agile transformation by setting standards, aligning delivery with strategic goals, and driving continuous improvement
  • Empower teams to adopt Lean-Agile practices, manage portfolios effectively, and ensure compliance with governance processes
  • Establish agile standards and guidelines for the organization, ensure the agile delivery aligns clearly with organizational commitments, drive continuous improvement to agile execution, identification of improvement opportunities in execution on Agile and modern engineering practices
  • Empower teams to become self-managing, fulfill their cross-functional potential, and have an attitude of relentless improvement
  • Lead roles and teams to embrace a Lean-Agile and learning mindset
  • Provide guidance about how to create and manage an intake process, healthy backlog, and how to facilitate valuable Agile ceremonies
  • Manage and improve portfolio execution and governance processes
  • Provide status updates and reporting for the portfolio, to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the desired outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedule
  • Align the Enterprise Change Management process for the portfolio and ensure the work delivered complies with Enterprise Change Management and Agile execution standards
  • Drive continuous improvement and waste removal within the value streams of the portfolio
  • Ensure risks and impediments raised to the portfolio level are resolved quickly
  • Track the strategic outcomes for the portfolio and ensure that execution is aligned to them by working with the sponsor/stakeholders
  • Help align teams to enterprise Agile standards and practices, and coach team members through change
  • Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution within and across teams
  • Help to identify and resolve organizational impediments that impact team maturity and performance
  • Provide feedback to management regarding the progress of Agile adoption within their teams

Requirements:
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Agile View, Confluence, WIKI
  • Working knowledge, experience and familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies
  • Highly skilled specific to: Visio, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects at various stages of the project life cycle
  • Ability to work with disparate teams globally
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to effectively challenge information
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills: ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally and to feel comfortable delivering insights and recommendations to senior management
  • Excellent interpersonal and facilitation engagement skills including presenting to LOB senior leaders and financial/legal/compliance/risk partners
  • Able to lead meetings, follow-up, negotiate and resolve ambiguity
  • Comfortable taking initiative and being resourceful/entrepreneurial
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-specific environment
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize daily tasks with project work as well as ad-hoc requests

Pay Range: $74.51-$82.51
