As a Registered Nurse Care Coordinator within UVA Health's Stem Cell Transplant Clinic, you will serve as a trusted clinical guide for patients undergoing stem cell transplant and cellular therapy, helping them navigate treatment with confidence, coordination, and compassionate support. The Role As the Registered Nurse Care Coordinator, you will coordinate care for adult stem cell transplant and cellular therapy patients across the continuum of care. This role combines clinical expertise, patient advocacy, education, care navigation, and multidisciplinary collaboration in a fast-paced specialty setting where every interaction has meaningful impact. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited nursing program. Experience: 1 year of registered nursing experience required, 3 years of related and relevant registered nursing experience strongly preferred. Specialty Board Certification strongly preferred License/Certification: Licensed to Practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia. American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification is required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Job requires standing for prolonged periods, frequently traveling, and bending/stooping. Proficient communicative, auditory, and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull 20 - 50lbs. May be exposed to chemicals, blood/body fluids, and infectious diseases. The pay range for this role is $85,820.80 - $113,401.60 annually.
