As a Peritoneal Dialysis Registered Nurse (PD RN), you will be providing education on peritoneal dialysis at Norwich Dialysis Center to your patients and their care partners in a clinical setting, which then allows them to dialyze from home! You have responsibility over the complete ongoing care of each patient to ensure their treatment stays on track.

Flexible Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule. No Weekends, No Holidays! Will be covering census in one facility; but must be flexible to support in other surrounding home facilities as needed.

Excellent Paid Training Provided! Dialysis Experience is NOT required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train patients and caregivers on peritoneal procedures and self-care on-site in a clinic setting

  • Manage a caseload of peritoneal patients, including assessments and care planning

  • Monitor treatment progress and conduct occasional home visits

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts

  • Weekends and Holidays OFF!

  • Flexible scheduling to manage your own caseload

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice

  • Minimum of 12 months of RN experience

  • Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation

  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree

  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
