The Role: As the Executive Director, Strategy and Business Development for the South Puget Sound (SPS) service areas, you will be based in Olympia, WA to lead the charge in strategic planning, including capital planning, strategic growth, and collaborative ventures with other healthcare providers and partners. You'll craft business plans and strategic planning materials to guide critical business decisions and program implementations. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
