What you will be doing?
This position is contingent upon contract award. We are currently pursuing a proposal and are seeking qualified candidates to include in our submission and identify candidates for future hiring needs on the program once awarded. For this position, we are seeking a talented individual to join AIS as a Program Manager. As your initial project assignment, you will support the unique needs of our client as a Partner Success Manager (PSM).
Position Overview The Partner Success Manager (PSM) serves as the Deputy Program Manager and plays a critical role in ensuring successful execution of the BPA. This position requires a deep understanding of BPA operations, partner relationships, and performance requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in managing complex IT projects, and the ability to remove barriers for subcontractors and partners to ensure mission success. Key Responsibilities
Act as Deputy PM, supporting overall program leadership and execution. Facilitate Executive Steering Committee (ESC) meetings to ensure alignment and progress. Monitor and report BPA performance and workshare metrics. Develop and maintain Playbook modules focused on performance, reporting, and response requirements. Identify and remove barriers (e.g., Top Secret Facility Clearance (TS FCL)) for small business subcontractors and partners. Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects from inception through completion. Lead and guide technical staff, ensuring adherence to deadlines, standards, and cost targets. Evaluate performance results and recommend major changes impacting short-term project growth and success. Serve as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.
Required Qualifications
Education: BA/BS degree in a related field. Experience: 10+ years of project/program management experience, preferably within DoD environments. Certifications: PMP required; Agile Scrum certification preferred. Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance is mandatory. Proven ability to manage complex IT projects and lead technical teams. Strong understanding of cost, schedule, and scope management principles. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Active/Current Top Secret clearance
Preferred Skills
Experience with BPA performance management and partner engagement. Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes and compliance requirements. Ability to resolve clearance-related challenges for subcontractors and partners.
